Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Quirkomania! We hope you love your handmade gifts and home decor items. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Mandatory

  • Share proper Unboxing video with top 360° view, without any cuts & edits, within 48 hours of delivery for claiming any Damage, Missing or Wrong Product.

  • Please Note: Out team will not be able to help you in accepting any claim without proper Unboxing video

 

Returns

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:

    • Products returned after 5 days post order date.

    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

    • Quirkomania is not responsible for damage of goods during transit when the customer ships it back themselves

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable in case of exchange.

  • Quirkomania will cover the back-and-forth delivery fees for returns and exchanges exclusively in the following scenarios:

    • Incorrect product dispatched

    • Product damaged during transit

    • Non-delivery of the product

    • Dispatch of a different variant of the product

      • Please be aware that shipping costs for returns or exchanges for any other reason not listed above will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us at quirkomania@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

  • You are free to return or exchange the product (bought during non-sale period) within 5 days since the date of delivery by sending an email to contact @Quirkomania

 

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at quirkomania@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Custom Orders

  • Please note that custom orders are non-refundable or non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Changes to This Policy

  • Quirkomania reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
